Gun-toting varmint Rocket Raccoon is a character you could first recruit to your academy during the The Guardians of the Galaxy Event. His Recruitment Quests were Animal House, Pt. 2. and Best Friends in the Galaxy! His Mission Board Quests can be found here.

Rocket's Rank 1 outfit is a black jacket with the "Guardians of the Galaxy" logo and the "Rocket Raccoon" logo with an orange T-Shirt beneath it. He also wears blue jeans with grease marks on the knees. He has a jetpack and a rocket launcher with a spray-painted smiley face.

Rocket's Rank 3 outfit is his "Guardians of the Galaxy" uniform.
