He became recruitable again for a limited-time during the Guardians Return Mini-Event as a Premium Character. His Recruitment Quest during The Guardians of the Galaxy Event was Animal House, Pt. 2. His Recruitment Quest during The Guardians Return Mini-Event was Best Friends in the Galaxy! His mission board quests can be found here.
