The Marvel Rising Event began on 27 September 2018, and features Inferno, Patriot, Speed, Squirrel Girl, Hawkeye, America Chavez, Captain Marvel, Lockjaw, and Spider-Gwen as recruitable and premium characters.
Story[]
Captain Marvel trains a new generation of Super Heroes in this limited-time special event! But training is cut short when Proxima Midnight invades with her Outriders army at her back. Squirrel Girl, Spider-Gwen, Ms. Marvel, and America Chavez team up with all-new Super Heroes to save the Earth, and possibly the universe!
Determined to figure out why the Outriders fight with Proxima, the team sent Lockjaw to talk to them. They found out that the Outriders are scared of her because of her powerful spear, which contains the power of a sun caught in a loop. With the spear being too powerful to hide in the school vaults, Captain Marvel decided to get rid of it in a different dimension.
Ms. Marvel, Inferno, and Squirrel Girl distracted Proxima while Speed grabbed the spear. Patriot and Spider-Gwen protected him from the air, until Patriot gave the retreat order. Lockjaw teleported them all back to Avengers Academy, and America Chavez sent the spear into the Multiverse. The team successfully stopped Proxima from restarting the Infinity War.
How to Play[]
- Use Stamina to fight Outriders on the event battle maps. Collect materials from normal event maps to get Hero Shards and other rewards from the shop.
- Fight the Outriders on heroic event maps to get items you can exchange for Capsules in the shop.
- Increase your Academy's level and characters' rarity to progress through the event battle maps!
