Inferno's Rank 1 outfit is a red shirt with a black flame logo on the chest under a black and red leather jacket, ripped black jeans, a silver chain wallet, and black boots.
Inferno's Rank 3 appearance is halfway between his normal human appearance and being covered in flames and black rocks. He still has hair, but it's the color of flames. His red t-shirt and red pants are partially visible. His eyes glow red.
Inferno's Rank 5 appearance is molten flames covering his body. He has the symbol of a flame on his chest.
Story
Captain Marvel contacted Medusa and requested Inferno by name to join a new team of young super heroes in defeating Proxima Midnight. Medusa agreed and sent Inferno to join Avengers Academy.
