Story
Ghost teamed up with A.I.M., broke into Pym Technologies, and stole experimental quantum technology. She used it to open a portal to the Quantum Realm, changing the fabric of reality on an atomic level, causing Hope van Dyne to accidentally travel through it and into the Avengers Academy universe.
Goliath realized Ghost couldn't control her phasing, and needed quantum energy to control her abilities. He convinced the Avengers to help her. A.I.M. Scientist snuck into A.I.M. to figure out what they knew about Ghost's problem. He discovered that she's stuck in a state of quantum superposition - both here and not here at the same time. Goliath developed a plan for the Avengers to go to the Quantum Realm themselves, and generate enough quantum energy to save stabilize Ghost.
Character Relationships
A.I.M. Scientist
A.I.M. Scientist infiltrated A.I.M. to steal any data they had on Ghost's glitching condition.
Goliath
Goliath realized Ghost couldn't control her phasing, and needed quantum energy to control her abilities. He convinced the Avengers to help her, and developed a plan to help her stabilize.
Hank Pym
Hank had a bet with Hope van Dyne about Schrodinger's cat, and asked Ghost to look into it, since she could look into the box without "Tampering with the results."
Hairball
Hank Pym and Hope van Dyme put Hairball in a box to replicate the famous Schrodinger experiment. Ghost got her out, and seems to somehow understand her. She explained something to Ghost, but Ghost didn't have enough knowledge of quantum mechanics to disprove it.
Hope van Dyne
Ghost used experimental quantum technology to open a portal, accidentally pulling Hope van Dyne from her universe and into the Avengers Academy universe.
Hope and Hank had a bet concerning Schrodinger's cat, and asked Ghost to look into it to help make up for her earlier evilness.
Iron Man
Tony offered to help Ghost fix her phasing problem, though he freaked her out a bit at first.
Loki
Ghost thinks Loki is mean to everyone in order to hide his insecurities.
Wasp
Janet decided to help Ghost get accommodated to the Academy, and became her first friend. She taught her how to dance, made sure she wasn't overwhelmed by Kamala, defended her in front of Loki, and made her return a phone she stole from Pym's lab.
