Event Characters are characters available only during limited-time events. They are typically recruitable without paying premium currency (if you're a very dedicated player), but players also have the option of paying for extra premium buildings/items that will help them get the characters easier. Once their event is over, these characters are no longer available.
- Gamma Attack! event - A-Bomb and Red Hulk
- Women Of Power event - Pepper Potts
- Guardians of the Galaxy event - Star-Lord, Nebula, Yondu, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot
- Civil War event - Wonder Man, Black Panther, Madame Hydra, Crossbones, Agent 13, Sif, Spider-Man, and Winter Soldier
- British Invasion event - Black Knight, Captain Britain, and Union Jack
- Spider-Man event Act 1 - Spider-Man, Spider-Ham, Black Cat, Mary Jane, The Lizard, Doctor Octopus, and Green Goblin
- Spider-Man event Act 2 - Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man 2099, Electro, and Mysterio
- A.I.M. Attacks! event - Squirrel Girl, and M.O.D.O.K.
- Daredevil event - Daredevil, Hellcat, Elektra, Iron Fist, Punisher, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones
