Bucky Barnes' Rank 3 appearance is a dark-blue buttoned shirt with a maroon collar and long gloves. There is a white star on his right sleeve. He wears maroon pants with a brown utility belt with a star on the buckle and cuffed black boots. He also wears a domino mask.
