Aquatic Park is a Building that was first available during the Legends Assemble Event.
The structure is a large aquarium. Inside it is a treasure box, and on top of the aquarium is a diving board. Two beach chairs sit outside, next to the aquarium. It takes up 4 x 5 (20) plots

- Diving Board - the diving board on top of the aquarium.
- Slide - the water slide to the left of the aquarium. Currently this action area is unique to Nick Fury.
- Treasure Chest - around the treasure chest inside the aquarium. Currently this action area is unique to Iron Man.
- Water Tank - the side area of the top of aquarium. Currently this action area is unique to Enchantress.
